What Is The Best Way To Reduce Swelling After Wisdom Tooth Extraction?
I just got my four impacted wisdom tooth removed on monday.
Now I look like a chipmunk!
I really need to be back to normal by sunday. I applied ice packs the first 24 hours, I’m eating soft foods, I’m rinsing, and I’m taking all my antibiotics.
Now what to do?
I’m doing the whole moist heat thing, heated up damp rags as my dentist suggested.
Any more suggestions to rid me of this dental pain swollen nightmare?
