Does the president get to actually set their own policies, just some of them (the less important ones such as gay marriage and abortion), or are they complete puppets?

They are not puppets. They are like minded elitists that view the world a better place ruled by a group of themselves with world wide socialism for you. The Rockefeller family probably reveals more about their ideas than anyone. The problem is they continually revise and rewrite their intent. Unfortunately they have so many of their members highly placed within our governments, at this late date there is little to nothing that can be done to stop them.
It really depends who the President is.
Since Bush number one, all the Presidents have been CFR men with no real thoughts of their own,,,and that’s why our country is in a mess with wars, homeless, & economic turmoil right now.
We do have a Knight in Shining Armor on the horizen right now who is not Bilderberg or CFR controlled,,,but unfortunately, so far, the majority of Americans are so deeply asleep that they don’t even take the time to research or vote for him in the primaries……
……I’m talking about RON PAUL who is still very much in the Presidential race despite the lies that the MSM has propagated.
