How To Re-access Google Adsense?

I never used Google adsense just because i subscribed twice to their services with a static website, i didn’t knew that a static website is not allowed. Unfortunately for me, i’m not anymore allowed to sign up to google adsense, but i’d like to know if there is a way to access it again…

   First, I don’t believe it was an issue with your site being static. It has to be something else because most sites are “static” sites meaning they are standard html based web pages.
   What you can do is petition Google and request for details on what requirements were not met by your site.
   Generally, most sites are not accepted due to content or sometimes being purely a affiliate links site.
