Say I use FXDD, and now I buy 1000 lots EUR/USD. What will FXDD do? If they can find a someone who sells 1000 lots EUR/USD, then they profit from the spread. What if someone just sells 800 lots, will FXDD hold the rest 200 lots buy or what do they do?
How EXACTLY does Market Maker trade against the customer? if they quote the price from the bank they use, how does the bank profit? does the bank trade against FXDD?

It depends on various factors such as:
- whether you can prove that you did not generate invalid clicks whether you clicked on your own ads, asked your friends to click on the ads, label your ads inappropriately, begged your visitors to click on your ads. The seriousness of the charge against you will spell whether you can be taken back in or not
