I’m closing my old account due to excessive hacking and I can’t shake it for some reason (trust me, I’ve tried it all). Is there any way I can add all my friends from that account quickly to my new account? I was thinking a macro or something, but it’s being really difficult.

I need to make a demo video on my laptop.
I want to shoot while I explain some steps on the laptop, without using an external web cam. The laptop must automatic record the images from the screen.
