Can Any One Recommend A Good Compact Camera Instead Of My Old Sony Cyber-shot Dsc-h2 Camera?

I am searching for a new compact camera with excellent photo quality. Most important is to be better than my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H2 photos’ quality. DSC-H2 had nice photos but the size is big. Of course megapixel is not my concern as long as it is above 5 MP.
