I’m taking disability but the manager property thinks its to low.. I do not know if they will consider poker income and I do not how I can prove it to them that I’ve made 10k in 6 months playing poker since there are no paystubs, I do have a history in my poker account I’m not sure if just taking screenshots and printing them is good enough..

Most likely it will not be acceptable. Especially if your records are only for the last 6 months.
It “might” be acceptable if you were able to show tax returns indicating a consistent income for multiple years, and your personal records (which if you are using poker as a form of income you should be keeping, in detail). This still may not be good enough for many, regardless if you are trying to rent from an individual or a larger property company.
This, I would think, would be similar to having your own business and using it to prove income. If your business is new, it is less likely it would be considered as a reliable source of income. Without a successful track record, all forms of “self-employment,” whether full or part-time are not viewed as reliable, regardless of the potential to be so.

It’s unlikely this would be acceptable to an apartment manager – most view income based on gambling as undependable (for good reason.)
I would avoid mentioning poker or gambling of any kind. If anything it will just make the landlord worried that someday you might lose it all. I would say that you have had a lump some gift from a family member, and then use bank statements to prove that (after withdrawing your poker balance to your bank account).
You probably cannot use your winnings as income. Although you are able to document what you’ve collected in winnings for the past six months, gambling is not considered a predictable source of income. It would be hard for you to convince anyone that the income is going to be regular in nature.
