My previously installed bluetooth software must have been corrupted due to improper disconnection. Now, I can’t open this program as it says PROGRAM COMPATIBILITY PROBLEM. I tried to install another make of bluetooth software but won’t work. Any solution for this?

Go to start menu, type in programs and features. Open it up, and search for bluetooth. Click on uninstall/change, and repair it by clicking on repair. Note, if there is a repair button, click on it and wait for it to repair. If that doesn’t work, I consider you do a recovery process (that’s if you really want the bluetooth). So you should backup your data, programmes, and stuff, then go through a recovery process with the recovery CDs/DVDs. Good Luck!
Edit:
Or try to download a compatibility pack for the brand you’re using.. Good Luck.
-uninstall the previous one
-go to the properties of the one ur having now
-then change its compatibility to vista
-install it now
uninstall last bluetooth software from add|remove programs and install it again.(fully uninstall)
GOOD LUCK
