What Is The Best Software Program That Does Voice To Text?

I need a program that can work fast, most accurate. It has to type several different voices having a conversation without programing to recognize each voice. Each meeting would have different people and I want it recorded and able to also have it typed up for me afterwards.

   You can use WINDOWS SPEECH TOOL. Go to control panel of windows and look for “speech”

   ViaVoice is pretty good.
