What Can I Do If A Package Is Stuck In China?

Hi all! I ordered some dresses from China and the status using my tracking number has said “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” since December 7th. Mind you, this is “Express” mail International service. Just sad because they were to be holiday gifts. I feel helpless as I am way over in the USA. What can I do?

    Have you contacted your seller and see what he says but I doubt if you’ll get a refund. Push your seller for a commitment. Good luck.

    “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” literally means only one thing…
    that your package has not left China…
    maybe customs have found it of interest…
    and holding it…
    in actual practice it may be quite different…
    coz tracking status is mostly misleading…
    they show the same status till the package is delivered…
    as is the experience of many people…
    generally packages from China take around 15 days…
    can stretch as long as 30 days…
    so if there is nothing contraband you definitely will get the package…
    not sure whether it will be before Christmas…
