I would suggest you check out Oanda they use paypal and have low spreads.I think you can open a account with under 100.00.You might want to check them out.I use them and have not had any trouble with their support.
You can find a list of a few here – http://www.earnforex.com/paypal_forex_br… Although I can’t say if they are reputable or not.
Try researching the different companies at http://nondealingdesk.com/, which is a good unbiased forum for traders.
If you have not traded in the forex market before, be certain to learn as much as you can before you begin. Not only about the technical and fundamental aspects of trading, but also about the psychology of trading.
Two very important things to learn are:
1)Plan your trade & trade your plan.
2)Always use stops.
