How Can Someone From Ireland Sign Up To Google Adsense?

I ask this question because when I try registered I run up against the following problem:
When I select Ireland as my country the greyed out area below doesn’t change to “Ireland” and so I am forced to choose a US state as being in my address.
Solutions would be welcome.

Are you actually located in Ireland? If you are then you should have no trouble signing up – If you are located somewhere else and trying to select Ireland as your location you may run into problems.
