How Do You Transfer Photos From An Ipod Touch To A Windows Computer?

I have been having issues with my iPod touch and took it to the Apple Store yesterday and they said that I should restore and set up as new, so before that I want to transfer all the photos I have on it to my computer, is there an easier way than emailing all 190 of them to myself?
