How Do I Build A Stronger Bond With My Dad?

We have a lot in common, like watching sports(Packers mainly), music. But for about two years he has been addicted to video games. In fact, right now I am typing and he is 10 feet away from me playing. I was never really close to him, he is gone every 3 weeks for work, so I became sort of a mommas boy. But now I am really independent. I am a senior. My dad hardly interacts with ANYONE in the family, how do I get him off the vids?
