I want to use Google Adsense for my blogs, but I don’t know if it is legal or not. Thanks in advance.

You have to be 18https://www.google.com/adsense/support/b…
Otherwise, ask your parents or guardian to signup for you.
Note that if your income for the year is $600 and above, Google will report your income to the IRS. Meaning you will need to file taxes on your income — even if you are not yet 18. That’s something you really have to consider
I’m not sure why, but the Terms and Conditions of service for Adsense say you must be 18 or older to use it.
The ToC says you have to be 18, but i’ve used (and was paid) adsense when I was 16.
Technically no. The TOS states that you must be 18. You do have two choices however.
1) Risk it, as they probably won’t know or care and will pay you like any other user. I’ve used adsense and they’ve never checked my age.
2) Have someone you’d trust with all your money (cuz that’s precisely what you’ll be doing), like a parent, and have it put in their name. Perhaps your mother or father could open a bank account in which they are co-owners with you and have the Adsense wire the money to that account, using your parent’s name. If you do the second one, at least you’d have partial control over the bank account.
