Used utorrent and amazed how it manages download by prioritizing signals to hazen download. Are there any program that fasten internet sufring by managing programs?

That’s not exactly how uTorrent works. uTorrent downloads files from several different sources at the same time. Basically, you download parts of the file from other people who are also downloading the file and have a part of the file that you need. Other people are downloading parts of the file that you have and they need. The point is that you’re downloading from dozens, sometimes hundreds of different places at the same time.
Web surfing is completely different because each web page only exists in one place. Yahoo.com, for example only exists on Yahoo’s servers. You can’t download part of the Yahoo web page from Microsoft.com, from other people who are looking at Yahoo.com, or from anywhere else except directly from Yahoo.com.
