Where Can I Find Good Free Photoediting Software?

I am looking for something similar to photoshop, but free. I have photos I want to edit but I am limited to the Kodak EasyShare editing thing.

u have to have winRar (free program) to extract it
I’ve been told that gimp2 and paint.net are both similar to using photoshop. Just that these are free and easier to us. I’ve never used photoshop but I have these 2 installed in my computer. You can download them for free @ http://paint.net/ & @ http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
Choose either or both. Don’t download them at the same time, ofcourse. ;D
I’ve learned how to use them both with youtube tutorials: Like for paint.net, I’ve learned from:

Depends if you want to download you should download gimp, but if you dont want to download go for photobucket.com upload pics and you can edit them

Paint.net it’s better than it sounds
It was on cnet’s top 20 free softwares last year. or maybe the year before lol
