Any London airport will do.
But it depends where you are coming from. I am guessing that you are either American/Canadian as in the UK we do not use the word ’semester’. If you are coming from America/Canada then your best bet would be London Heathrow as it is the main airport to London and has the most flights from North America and Australasia.
Camden Town is about 15 miles from London Heathrow Airport.
However you could try London City Airport, Gatwick or Luton, but you are going out your way there.
London City Airport is the nearest international airport to Camden Town, but I’m unsure where they fly to. You can look it up on the websites I have provided for you.
Have a nice stay in London.
it really doesn’t matter which of the 5 London airports you come into (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Luton, City) Camden is easily accessible from all of them … if you’re travelling internationally you’re likely to have the option of either Heathrow or Gatwick
once you know which airport you’re coming into, post another question for directions of how to get to Camden
As others have said, you’ll arrive at whatever airport your particular flight ends up at. You really don’t have much say in it, to be honest. (You just take what you get, as they say!)
If you’re coming from the US, you’ll probably end up in Heathrow. If its a budget flight from mainland Europe or somewhere else in the UK, it could be Luton, Stansted or Gatwick. If its a major European national airline coming from an EU country, it could be Gatwick or Heathrow. If its a ’shuttle flight’ from the EU or the UK, it could be London City.
Just check what airport your flight lands at when you book it.
You don’t have to worry about what airport you arrive at, all the airports are well serviced by transport into central London, and Camden Town is on the Northern Line of the Underground, so you can easily get there from anywhere in central London.
Stansted and Luton airports are in the north, outside of London so would be the quickest to get to. I believe the train line from Luton Airport Parkway goes through Camden Town so would be very convenient. However not all airlines fly into all airports in London, those 2 are mostly the budget airlines flying from Europe.
