How Soon After Piercing My Ears Can I Start Stretching Them?

I got my ears pierced at a 14, how long do I have to wait before I can go to a 10? The 14’s I have in are too noticeable, I have to hide them from my grandparents, and the 10’s are less noticeable. Serious answers only.
