Do Guys Know Of Any Software I Can Download That Will Help Me Sleep/relax?

Hey… I haven’t been getting enough sleep recently, and I’d like to know of some programs/software (preferably ones that can be downloaded for free) that help you relax or sleep. The best kind of stuff has ambient sounds, maybe nature sounds, and possibly someone talking to you. Thanks a lot!
