What Are The Components And Needed Software For Microsoft Student 2009 To Work Properly?

I’ve installed a Microsoft Encarta 2009 in our PC but keep getting an error about a missing component but it doesn’t tell what is the missing component! But Microsoft Encarta Kids and Dictionary are working properly.
Please tell me what are the needed components to make Microsoft Encarta too work.

   Uninstall it and install it again, and see if it solves the problem.
