How Do I Delete Duplicate Albums In Collection On My Zune Software?

I’ve tried right-clicking and choosing delete, delete files and remove from collection but it doesn’t work. I have 2,288 albums in my collection and I want to get rid of most of it. How do I do this?
Is there a way I could go into the Zune folder and delete them from there?
