How Do I Get Parenting Rights Abolished?

Im 14, and gay. My mom doesnt accept it and when she gets in that place, she becomes verbally abusive and at the worst violent or sexually grotesque (making me do weird things). Is there a way that I can get her parenting rights abolished and be adopted by the family of my choice?

child services. not the most pleasant but it sounds like your best option. u might wanna just see if you can leave to a relatives house and she if she lets u she might be like w/e good riddance or she might be like f u and abuse you more at that point you have to tell someone.
If you report real physical and verbal abuse numerous times to the department of children and families, i’m sure something can be done. if not, make her life as miserable as she’s making yours, stay away from home as much as possible and don’t cooperate with her. then, when you turn 18, never look back. why would you continue to have a relationship of any kind with someone who hates you? get out of that situation. it makes absolutely no difference that she’s your mother. she’s your ovary donor. mother is a term to be earned.
Maybe it would be better to get some help to try and save the family before trying to get her parental rights abolished…but then it all comes down to what you mean by “sexually grotesque”.
Just know that it’s not easy to get a new “family” and there is a big risk that it will get even worse for you. Your mom loves you and even when she is reacting in a way that to me seems narrow-minded, she does it because somehow she thinks it’s for your best.
