What Is The Best Earthwork Takeoff Software?

I am currently using Paydirt Sitework and it seems a little outdated. Using Paydirt with my Topcon Hyperlite GPS system is a huge pain. I am looking for a great program where I can digitize plans, import/export cad files, and work seamlessly with my GPS system.
