If you want to use GIMP or Photoshop you need to learn them first. They’re not as easy to handle as some of the above software, though they’re lot more powerful – especially Photoshop.

If you want it free, get GIMP. Google and you shall find. If you want to spend less than around $80 get Photoshop Elements.
