I Was Updating My New Zune Software And Now It Doesnt Work?

help!!! i updated my new zune software and it said restart your computer so i did, and when i clicked the zune icon a red x poped up saying “you muist restart your computer in order to start the setup”. so im like okay so i restarted it again and saME THING can anyone help me?
