   Hi,
   If Zune software finds no items or some items appear to be missing (perhaps because you store your files in folders that Zune doesn’t search by default), you can specify folders for the Zune software to search for media. You can also choose to sync pictures and video if you didn’t choose those options when you installed Zune software. Find more information at Zune.net link http://www.zune.net/en-us/support/howto/…
