What Is The Best Software To Use For Making Online Job Applications?

I need to know the best way to make online job applications for my prospective employees. I have made a fillable form in Adobe but its way to big for one, and second i don’t want them to have to go through attaching the data to a email at the end,most of them are not computer savvy.I have also used flash form from coffeecup and the data is not in a suitable format when its emailed to me,ex.notepad. I would then have to retype it all in our job application and that defeats the purpose of an online application. I guess im looking for maybe a hosted company or a better way for me to host on my server. Any help would be great.
