Is There Any Anti Virus Software That Doesn’t Need To Run Off The C Drive. My Hard Drive Is Small And Full

I just purchased a PC with a small hard drive 4gb. After loading office and my print drivers the hard drive is nearly full. I’ve installed a 8gb sd memory card but I haven’t found any anti virus software that will run off the SD card. Any thoughts?

   If you have a USB port then you can use ClamWin Portable….http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/c…
   Just install it to a USB Pen Drive and run it from there.

   There are actually some antivirus programs that can be used via a live cd. I would recommend building Bart PE with an Avira AV plugin. With this you can boot completely off of the CD and run a simple Windows GUI and antivirus without needing to load anything on your hard drive. This is helpful sometimes in removing pesky malware that resides in memory.

   no there no way you cn do that…even your desktop background runing on your C drive….the best thing to do is get a bigger hard drive.. or a new computer that haves a bigger hard drive in it.
