How Can I Get Back Software Update(mac)?, I May Accidently Deleted It?

i am not positive that i deleted it, but i when i search it in the finder software update does not come up. How can i find it, or more likely how can i get it back?

It should be on the Apple Menu in the upper left corner anyway. If not, restart.
Restart your computer and it will almost automatically come up.
