it is free, all you need is a computer that has a sound card, i mean you have speakers and they work??? ok, get yourself a microphone, plug it in, open your yahoo messenger and click on the call button, they need to be conected to yahoo as well and when you both online you can talk to one another, you both need the speakers and micorphones (ofcourse) simple, i do it all the time, i talk to people from the states mostly but also from other countrys and i am in Holland, good luck and have fun
