		<description>I assume that you camera have a dv out via firewire cable.
So instead of using display card for capturing, why not add 1 PCI card, that is a firewire card, that can do the work at higher quality. Price, very cheap. Using software you can capture the clip, edit, and outputting to many format.</description>
