Where Can I Find Cheap Ipod Touch Transfer Software?

I have previously asked a question as to how I can put music from my iTouch to the PC. People have answered me saying that I have to download software. They recommended me different types and I am not sure which is the most trust-worthy and easy to use. I would like one that is cheap, and is easy to navigate around. And another question. Can I un-subscribe from the software once the job is done? Thank you.
