K9 Web Protection. My dad has it and it ticks me off cuz I can’t do ANYTHING!!!!

Check your Internet service provider. Sometimes they offer free parental controls. I know Cox, and ATT does.
There is software called netnanny. It is believed to be good. Make sure what ever you use it cant be accessed on another proxy server.
