What’s A Good Freeware Graphing Software For Linux Or Macos?

Anyone know an easy graphing software or calculator for MacOS or Linux? I installed Octave and EdenGraph but I can’t seem to figure them out.

   qalculate
   genius
   extcalc
   they all have manuals so it is a case of learning them a step at a time
