What Is The Best Web Design Software?

I am pretty computer savvy, but when it comes to actually building a professional looking website, I am clueless. With modern technology, there has to be some very user friendly conversion software so I don’t have to know any html, java, etc. What is my best option: cost wise, easy to operate, professional looking, etc. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you all!!!

All you have to do is to upload these CMS files to your web server, apply some templates, and presto, you have already your website.
If you are very much interested to web development, I suggest you study or at least have an overview of the current web technologies and philosophies.
There are online sites which have simple policy of offering services that are meaningful, r experience with SEO has allowed to progress current skill set and add website designing tor existing portfolio of services. I agree with the other posts. A CMS is a good solution for you. Check out Wordpress, Joomla, or even Drupal if you are a good independent learner. If you are adament about coding it yourself, use kompozer.
Adobe products are awesome: Dreamweaver, Photoshop or if you’re into movement, Flash is good.
