What Software Are People Using To Make World Of Warcraft Movies?

I have tried downloading WOW model viewer but when i open it and try open a character or an item it quits. Any help on either problems would be appreciated.

Fraps/Gamecam to record the gameplay. Windows Movie Maker/Sony Vegas to edit the clips into a movie
Use some other free programs such as quickcam or hypercam (http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/). I would recommend hypercam as i have used it many times without fail, plus its free
. simply open the program after installing it on to your computer and use the F Keys to start and stop the camera. I think its something like F8 but it is quite clear in the help section of the program.Anyway, hope this helps 
Try to use some free programs like QuickCapture. That’s the program I use for my videos.
