Log on to the NCH Software site. There are a variety of products which could be of help and some of them are free!
Yeah there is and with vista you already have it.
Go into your control panel and then look under speech recognition.
From there you can turn on the recognition, set up your microphone, and take a tutorial
text to speech is good of ms office.
but it takes some time to practice. i also reccomend dragon naturally speaking
