Can Ipod Touch Be Purchased With Software Upgrade?

Hi all, I’m planning on buying an ipod touch but i was wondering whether the new software that was released is installed into the ipod touches that arecurrently being sold and that they dont have to be bought separately. If not then is there an alternative to buying the software without accessing iTunes eg in store.

it doesn’t come with the 2.0 software upgrade it only comes with the January upgrade I think that they can upgrade it for you in the store nut of you don’t want to do it there you can do it on your home computer of is really a good thing to have the games are really fin and there is alot of stuff that you an get for of so I wouldn’t hesitate geting it
