Free Software To Transfer Ringtones To V3 Razr?

I recently bought a USB data cable for my v3 Motorola Razr. I’ve edited a bunch of ringtones to transfer them to my phone, however I can’t figure out how to get them there through the USB cable. (I’ve also tried e-mailing and texting through funformobile…) Does anyone know of a free software that I can use to transfer the MP3 ringtones to my phone through the USB cable?

with the phone hooked to the computer you should be able to pick the file you want right click on it go to send to (it should have your phone listed as a removable disk) left click on removeable disk it will send it to your phone
