Cd Drive And Sound Device Have Been Uninstalled. Where Do I Go To Download The Compatible Software?

I’ve tried looking at the Dell website to figure out exactly what software is compatible with my computer but I do not know the answers to all of the questions, so I’ve come here. My computer is a Dell Optiplex GX260 with an Intel Pentium 4 processor and runs Windows XP. The CD drive and sound device were both uninstalled and I need to know EXACTLY which ones to download and reinstall. HELP!!!!!!!
