I have downloaded several songs in mp3 format.I want to transfer them to my cell phone’s micro sd in order to use them as ringtones.BUT, the volume is not loud enough…What can i do?Is there a software-free, more likely-on a site that can help me?Thank you.

Yes there is, there are a number of free programs that can raise the volume of an MP3 (or any audio file) – look into “normilization”. It can not only raise the volume by x number of decibals, but it will also solve the problem of incosistant volume.
