I want to make or compile a software or program that is helping people to computers. I don’t want in websites, i need in the own computer.
I don’t know that much in programming, but I want to know where is the best site (where I can download) to offer for FREE software maker or compiler.
Pls. Dont hesitate to answer my question.

OK – I won’t hesitate.
Understand that making a program, or rather an application, can take tens of thousands of lines of code. Sure some are less and some are many more, but it’s no small effort to create computer applications beyond very simple tasks.
If you are new to programming, perhaps you should learn a language or two first. Go to Microsoft’s web site and search for Visual C++ express. You can download that for free.
Or perhaps a Java development environment may help you. Go to Sun’s site and check there.
You need to know how to PROGRAM if you’re going to make PROGRAMS.
Microsoft has several entry level programing packages, but if you do not know how to code they will be of little use to you.

to make programms you should be a programmer ,being a prorammer you should learn some sort any of these languages ,VB,C++ ,JAVA,C# etc.
and for the compiler you can find DEV C++ Compiler for free on the internet.
