Stupid Virus Pop Up, Help!?

ok, so i am running a windows xp and whenever i do something(ex the internet) this stupid virus warning pop up occurs that says: Attention user! some dangerous viruses detected in your system. Microsoft xindows xp files corrupted. This may lead to the destruction of important files in C:/Windows. Download protection software now! Click ok to download antispyware (recommended). When i click yes, i am redirected to www.ie-antivirus.com/download.php. The page freezes and does nothing. When i click no, i am redirected to www.free-viruscan.com/id/4912933/4/1/ then internet explorer closes.
i can go to websites but as soon as i click a link it freezes!
help!!!how am i suppose to get rid of it if i cant even go on the internet?
ps if your wondering how i posted this question it’s because i have 2 computers.
can anyone help??, your help is greatly appreciated.

Is There Software To Force Network Computers To All Display The Administrator’s Screen?

I’ve seen this used in classrooms before. I’m not talking about remotely controlling another computer’s desktop. I’m leading software trainings, and the lab I’m using isn’t projector friendly. I want to be able to force each computer in a network to display what I’m doing on my screen. Is there open source or free software for this? Can VNC do it?

Virtual Machine Security And/or Seven Transformation Pack?

I love the idea of the Seven Transformation Pack by Windows X Live, but our family has only one computer, a 1.4 GHz Dual Core laptop with 2 GB of RAM and over 40 GB of free hard drive space and even a 64 MB graphics card. My father, who manages the software on the PC, thinks the pack might be infected with a virus and doesn’t seen to trust our anti-virus enough to risk it. I suggested a virtual machine, but he thinks that the virus could get out of the virtual computer and evade both the virtual and real computer’s antivirus (which would be different brands with the virtual one having even more anti-virus). Assure me that the pack isn’t infected + that a virtual machine is completely secure, and back up your answer with evidence like a web page or book if possible.

What Video Editing Software Works Best For Mac? What Software Do You Use?

I put my videos on youtube, and I currently use iMovie for Mac. However, once the videos are on youtube, the quality is bad, and it doesn’t fill the whole screen. What are some other (cheap) programs I can use instead? Or how can I fix my iMovie problem?
Also, what software do YOU use, and how does it work for you? (pros/cons?) Do you put your videos on youtube, and when you do, how is the quality?
