Norton Sucs And I Have Viruses Now Please Help Someone?
I have norton internet 2009 from when i bought my computer brand new i have another open question also that involves this same problem just didnt know it until I downloaded the same thing to both of my computers. I have a trojan. The name of this TROJAN is Trojan.Brisv.A!inf. It has infected alot of things on my computer including the ability to see captchas and pictures on some websites. I have deleted the particular files that had the virus originally the problem is I cant get norton antivirus 2009 to remove them they have to be manually removed and I hhave tried to remove them how ever the instructions they gave me didnt remove any thing. I also called symantec support since ipaid bestbuy 129 plus tx dollars to install the software and they only told me to go manually remove it or I can pay them 99.95 dollars to remove it remotely through my computer however being this said I am truly tired of spending hundreds of dollars with bad results is there any thing out there or ANY ONE that can help me get this removed. Also how do I restore my settings so I can see captchas and pictures and not puzzles anymore it has dont this both on my old desktop and now on my brand new Dell laptop plz any one plz help me I hear there are free virus stuff out there that work better than the ones you pay for someone plz point me in this direction. Search Engine Virus!?
Alright, so a few days ago I caught Windows Antivirus Pro, a rogue scanner. Being suspicious about it’s sudden appearance on my computer and that I never installed it, I immediately removed it via Add/Remove Programs and looked thru the HKEYS in Command Prompt to remove the processes, dll’s, and such that I read about on spywareremove.com. I know longer see the fake software but my computer is not working right still.
I have a problem with search engines; everytime I search on msn, google, yahoo, etc., I am redirected to a site not pertaining to what I searched.
Everyone recommends just downloading malware removers, virus scans… I did all that, but the problem is that my scanners stop working after about 5 seconds of scanning or do not download or open AT ALL. I deleted all the virus scans except for McAffee which I purchased instead of downloaded for free. Even in safe mode (with and without networking) my scans wouldn’t work.
PLEASE HELPPP, I need my computer working perfectly and I’m not willing to pay to get my computer fixed.

last night i was on google and i clicked a website. before the page even finished loading a little thing from my antivirus software (Trend Micro AntiVirus) popped up saying “Trojan horse program found. Click the button below to find out how you should deal with this security threat. Trojan horse: TROJ_XMLOIT.A Action taken: Unable to clean.” when i clicked the button it told me to run a virus scan.
so i did. twice. but it doesn’t find anything. what do i do?
