Ok, it all started after a small download of a music file. It asked me to install I installed it and oh I shouldn’t have done it. My computer started showing that a hacker is trying to do something and asked me to get out of the internet. Virus all over! The desktop displayed-‘the page cannot be displayed’. after the installation process was complete I saw softwares that I hadn’t installed. I ran a scan I saw ‘trojangeneric.cmd’ in my computer. I installed windows xp sp3 on the c drive. After 3 to 4 days the speed of my computer became very slow. I installed windows xp sp2 on the c drive again. The virus (perhaps Trojan) appeared to be there in my computer. I installed trial version of Norton antivirus 2006 and it scanned 44 viruses. I deleted it and I don’t know what happened but the virus was still there. I installed ViRobot desktop 5.5 evaluation version and it scanned 33 or so malware (which had some websites), viruses like Trojan.win32.autoit, backdoor.hupigoan, and some Trojan in system volume information in both d and e drives. I tried to detect the worm32 by installing kaspersky virus remove, avast virus/worm remover application. But it did not recognize any. I tried to go to safe mode and the computer got stuck when it was in the safe mode screen before it asks wether to continue or not. I installed avast 4 home edition and got a registration key for free from the website. Avast detected viruses = win32:autoIT-CI{trj}, win32: Trojan-gen{trj} and win32: Ardamax-CI{trj}. Please help me. I have these softwares= spybot, spyware terminator,spyware blaster. Please help me and suggest which the best anti-adware. how do I stop my computer from getting stuck in the safe mode.
