I have Windows Me with DSL,(non dialup) The dial up network adaptors that are associated with the AOL software cause my computer to crash. AOL support will not help me as I am using AOL webmail for the time being even though I am a registered AOL user.

I have had many computer and many video editing software and all the software seems to crash so easily, by clicking to many times and other things.
At the moment i have a top range computer
including quad core and 4gb ram and ati raedon 2400HD
Which is plenty for this type of softeware.
All my freinds have had the same problem that it just deicded to crash.
What is the reason behind this?

In the Zune Software, Whenever i try to play any videos, it opens but all i see is a black screen. I can hear the audio fine, but the screen stays black.

My company would like to donate our used computers to charity. As part of the disposal exercise, there are security and privacy rules we need to comply with. I understand even low-level formating of hard drives is not secure enough, and destroying the hard drives seem too much of a waste.

In 2007 I got the wrong software and the company wouldn’t take it back because I had already opened the box. I did not find out till after I opened the box of what it was. And it has been sitting wasting space on my shelf of software. It has never been installed on ANY pc. Anyway, was just wondering if it is illegal to pass this software on to someone else who can put some worth to it? If not, then that’s $998 out of my pocket I will NEVER get back.

I need an easy to use software that allows me to play the DJ at a party using mp3s. Something that allows me to mix the songs or loop a specific section… etc. Must be easy to use while mildly intoxicated
