What Are Some Websites Or Software That Are Equivalent To A Year Or More Of High School Language Courses?

I am already taking Chinese. It doesn’t matter if, say, the website or software itself doesn’t offer accreditation because my school offers the opportunity for a demonstration of what you know and they’ll move you to a higher course if you show that you know what you’re talking about. I need a website or software set up to let me learn the curriculum of one or more years at a high school language course.
Note:
High school language courses focus on conversational language instead of starting from the basics.
As a side question, is there a website to see the curriculum/standards of level one of French, Spanish, Latin, or German in the US?

It Is Possible To Prevent Scanning Software Closing After Scanning With A Hp 3380?

I have been scanning with a HP 3380 scanner but after each scan, the software closes and needs to be re-opened again before scanning another page which is time consuming. Does anyone know how to keep the software open?
I have also found that some the software rotates some pages by a few degrees – can this be stopped?
And I have also found that some pages don’t save for some reason, any ideas?

What Is The Best Cataloging Software To Manage Movies?

I have over 300 movies and growing strong, so I need a way to manage them all (preferrably one that monitors the folder for new movies). I’ve downloaded a few applications: MovieTrack, All My Movies, Movienizer etc.. Have any of you guys/gals tried out something like this? What is the best one you’ve found? Thanks.
