What’s A Software Program Like Garageband For Windows?

I tried Audacity, but it doesn’t have any music samples like Garageband does. I want the software to include music samples. I would prefer it to be free.

It helps if the person answering the question knows what Garage Band does and what samples are.
Acid Xpress is the closest you’ll get for free.
It’s the free but function limited version of Sony Acid Pro but still allows the creation of up to ten loop based tracks.http://www.acidplanet.com/downloads/xpre…
A pack of free loops can be downloaded from the site and you can get more free compatible loops from Macloops. You need to sign up for these but there’s no catches.http://www.macloops.com/

i guess it’s hard to get such as garage band. especially for free. but you can use it for free this software:

but these software are not exacly like garage band. it’s not easy.
