What Are Some Websites Or Software That Are Equivalent To A Year Or More Of High School Language Courses?

I am already taking Chinese. It doesn’t matter if, say, the website or software itself doesn’t offer accreditation because my school offers the opportunity for a demonstration of what you know and they’ll move you to a higher course if you show that you know what you’re talking about. I need a website or software set up to let me learn the curriculum of one or more years at a high school language course.
Note:
High school language courses focus on conversational language instead of starting from the basics.
As a side question, is there a website to see the curriculum/standards of level one of French, Spanish, Latin, or German in the US?

I don’t know of website for curriculum standards but you might look into the Advanced Plaement exam requirements. That would give you a good idea.
As for software, I highly recommend Rosetta Stone to start with. You can get a homschooling edition that includes written tests.work which woud help to prepare you for demonstrating proficiency. I really like that it builds the second language in your brain as a stand-alone. There is a tendency when learning a foreign language learn it by translating from your ‘mother tongue’ to the target langauge. That slows you down and is a barrier to fluency. Rosetta’s Stone’s method of teaching avoids that and you don’t need to know anything in your target language to jump in and learn quickly.
Transparent Langauge is best once you have completed the first level of Rosetta Stone for your target language (or both if there are two levels). It introduces more complex reading challenges, does a little better with grammar (in my opinion), and has a more advanced vocabulary. I would not start with Transparent Langauge because it can be overwhelming for the beginner.
Both programs have the means to check your pronunciation and rhythm with audio feedback.
I use Rosetta Stone to assist me in teaching foreign language to my own children in our homeschool.
